Why I’m Building Rayan Sip
I’m Said El Asri, a waiter and barista who has spent years working behind café counters. Over time, I learned that a great café is not only about coffee — it is about consistency, service, speed, and making people want to return.
Rayan Sip is my opportunity to put that experience into something of my own. The name comes from my son, Rayan, who is at the heart of the idea and the identity behind the brand.
I’m starting with one café and a clear goal: build a focused business, prove the model, earn loyal customers, and create a foundation we can grow together.
I believe a café should do more than serve coffee. It should make people feel good.

A 200.000 MAD startup capital target designed to take Rayan Sip from concept to its first operating café.
